Roles and responsibilities of the augmented CFO
An augmented CFO is a single person, your business partner, for 3 different functions: the CFO of course, who manages the company's finances (budget, cash flow, etc.); the office manager, who is in charge of HR and administrative functions; and the Chief Operating Officer (COO), who accompanies you on your growth, the implementation of processes and key KPIs
